The camera club is a member of the Western Counties Photographic Federation (WCPF)
As well as being our ‘governing body’, the WCPF run a series of regional competitions during the year.
These include
The Kingswood Salver
Five printed images by five different authors an any theme chosen by the club
The Knightshayes Trophy
An individual (rather than club) event where each member can submit two prints on a theme selected by the WCPF chair
The Inter Club championship
Prints
Each club is required to enter 15 prints with no more than four prints from one photographer.
At least five prints must be monochrome and at least five must be colour.
There must be no more than four Nature prints.
Prints must come from at least 5 different photographers.
DPIs
Each Club is required to enter 18 images with no more than four images from one
photographer and no more than five nature images.
